Monthly Payments Refund

It is very important that you DO NOT Sign Up to the Arena Views Housing Project, if you are in any doubt about affording the required Monthly Rental Payments stated on our website, because we DO NOT offer refunds.

Late Monthly Payments

Please be aware, that you may be removed from the project if your monthly payments are consistently late without a justifiable reason. Under no circumstances will you be entitled to a refund of any monies paid to Arena Views up to the date of your removal. If you think you may have difficulty making payment on your scheduled date, contact us and we will adjust it .

Missed Monthly Payments

Please be aware, that you may be entirely removed from this project if you miss any monthly payments without good reason. If you are in financial difficulty and cannot meet your monthly payments, please contact us so that we can discuss the situation and possible solutions.

Arena Views may revise this Refund Policy at any time without notice. By joining the Arena Views project, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.
